Physical: Caes is primarily emaciated b/c of the reasons I outlined above. His underweight status is due to being on the run, not caring, and stress. It's a fun fact (that won't come out till later) but Caes used to be pretty plump. Loosing all that weight also helped him evade those that are looking for him. Caes has a round face, skinny or no, and it's fairly expressionless unless he gets angry, though frowning might be the default mode.

Skills: Caes, though physically underaverage has talent and serious potential in becoming a water mage. Even without proper training he's achieved a Level 2 status (which I'll plot out later exactly what that means) and keeps pushing himself. In addition he's seems to have had some kind of formal training in state craft b/c when it comes to maps or planning he's got it cold. As for when, how, and why that'll come later. ^_-

Personality: If Aden is loose and open Caes is his polar opposite. He's focused, tightly wound and prone to flashes of extreme anger that seem out of proportion to the situation. For the most part he plays it cool and struggles to keep a rein on his temper, but feigning control and actually managing it are two different things. He can also be uncompromising, critical and difficult when it comes to getting along with others. As for mental acuity he's sharp and determined, but even that seems directed only when it comes to himself.
